Past SCARC Awards

In the past, SCARC awards were presented on a sporadic basis, and only for Legislator of the Year and Sate Employee of the Year.  Two new awards, Volunteer of the Year and Regional Project of the Year,  were initiated and agreed on by the COG Directors Committee in 2003.  The following list of award recipients may not be totally inclusive of all past award winners.
